Zephry Edge.
Handmade in Melbourne by designer Charlie Bush, each Zephyr Edge is a one-of-a-kind piece, defined by the natural grain of the timber and finished with solid brass.
Crafted from a palette of native Australian hardwoods and select international timbers, the Zephyr Edge is made to take centre stage. Generous in scale and presence, it transforms shared dishes into an occasion — whether it’s cheese and wine with friends, a long festive table, or a dessert spread to remember.
More than a serving board, it’s an heirloom piece that brings people together, designed to celebrate moments both rare and routine.

Each Zephyr Edge is made to last for years when cared for properly. To keep yours in beautiful condition, follow these simple steps:
Cleaning
After each use, wipe your board with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid dishwashers and do not submerge the board in water for long periods.Board Butter
To refresh the timber, apply a small amount of board butter with a soft cloth, working it in with gentle circular motions. This can be done after several uses or whenever the surface begins to look a little dry. Wipe the brass handles clean and allow the board to dry overnight.Oiling
Every six months or so — depending on use — recondition your board to keep the timber nourished. Each piece is finished with Osmo plant-based, food-safe cutting board oil. To fully restore the surface, lightly sand with 220-grit sandpaper before applying a generous coat of oil with a disposable cloth. Wipe the brass handles clean and leave to dry overnight. Each Zephyr Edge comes with a care kit — including a protective bag, cloth, and board butter — to help preserve its beauty for years to come.
